Secondly, exercises may keep us very strong. Although each of us is very busy with our daily work and study, we will never forget to spend some time doing exercises. Thirdly, a balanced diet is a must to keep us healthy. We’d better not have too much fat and sugar, which may cause us to become overweight. Vegetables and fruits provide us various vitamins; therefore, do not hesitate to enjoy these foods.
