解决幼儿同伴间冲突的策略有以下几种:

(1)给幼儿创造一个宽松的环境。宽松的环境会让幼儿身心放松,可增加幼儿身体和心理的活动空间,促进幼儿之间融合关系的发展,避免紧张关系的发生。宽松的环境主要包括活动材料充足、活动场地宽敞明亮、限制性要求少、鼓励性言语多等。

(2)教给幼儿一些避免和解决冲突的基本技巧。在教育教学活动中,教师要有意识地教给幼儿一些人际交往的技能技巧。如教幼儿如何倾听别人说话、如何向别人道谢和道歉、如何向别人提出要求、如何表达自己的愿望以及如何展开话题进行交际等。

(3)设计冲突教育课程,让幼儿进行体验学习。教师可以有意识地设计一些教育活动,模拟现实中幼儿经常发生的一些冲突情境,让幼儿观看并进行讨论,让幼儿 想一想,他们为什么会产生冲突、如何解决等。教师也可以利用现实中正在发生的冲突进行随机教育。这些活动可以促使幼儿自我反思、自我判断,还可以促进幼儿 道德水平的提高。

(4)增强幼儿自己解决冲突的能力。在幼儿园的日常生活中,冲突时有发生,所有的冲突都让教师参与解决,既不现实也不可能,而且还会增加幼儿的依赖性,削 弱或剥夺他们的独立性。事实上,由于幼儿间的冲突没有多少利害的关系,幼儿自己完全可以解决,为此,教师要敢于放手并鼓励幼儿自己想办法解决。这样可以培 养幼儿独立解决问题的能力及责任感。

(5)家园配合,共同努力。受传统思想的影响,很多家长认为冲突是一种消极行为,有破坏性因素而应加以避免。实际上,冲突是自我中心的关健要素,能帮助幼 儿逐渐形成采纳同伴观点的能力,为幼儿人际关系奠定基础。因此,应该帮助家长正确看待幼儿同伴间冲突的教育价值,让家长在家庭中也为幼儿提供解决同伴冲突 的机会。同时,家庭的温馨氛围、家长的民主态度和家长的社交能力等潜在的环境因素,对幼儿的社会性发展也有一定的影响。家长应注重发挥环境潜移默化的作 用,使幼儿能愉快地和同伴交往,并形成良好的同伴关系。
