手扳葫芦在使用前须确认机件完好无损 , 传动部分及起重链条润滑良好 ,空转情况正常,手扳葫芦吨位选择正确,链条不得扭曲、打结、吊钩无裂纹、断口,卡位逻辑正确。在吊重物的过程中先检查好与挂钩连接的装置是否稳固,是否有摇动手柄的空间。在两个挂钩分别挂好后,按方向摇动手柄,当摇动到要求位置后停止,此时应将手柄绑好或卡好,卡位装置不可以打到 “向下” 及“空档”以免失去卡位后重物反拉, 造成安全事故。 在使用手扳葫芦的过程中不允许加长手柄,以免造成扭矩过大。
